Deborah
I am on an incredible yo-yo journey. 10 pounds down...10 pounds up...It is driving me crazy. But I still think I can lose 30 pounds by September if I just make my mind up to be healthy. Better choices and fewer indulgences.

Deborah - Longest Day Ever!
Well it started out good. Black coffee, eggs and ham (Sam I am) for breakfast. I went out and hiked all over Point Fermin, Angels Gate and Cabrillo Beach. I saw an actual golden eagle at Angel's Gate! He was huge! Like a big dog. He came up to my hips. He had something trapped between his huge feathery legs and was tearing it apart with his beak. A smaller female bird was literally SCREAMING up in the tree. At first I thought it was a baby bird that fell out of the tree. Then I realized it was a possum or something. Freaked me out! I walked so far I got a blister on my toe.
Came home and it was only 1:30. GOOD GOD!!!!!!
So I took a shower and deep conditioned my long, long, long hair and started painting. I painted that damn cat's eye 1,000 times. Finally I had to walk away. The left side of his face was starting to look like a whirlpool with a hole to nowhere.
Looked at the clock and it was only 3:30!!!!
Went downstairs and fixed me a rum and coke. And another one and another one. Finally it was dinner time. I had thawed out 2 thin chuck steaks and Bob grilled them outside. I took one bite and picked up my plate and threw it out. It was the most tasteless piece of meat I have ever eaten. And that was with pico de gallo all over it.
So I went back upstairs and started painting again. Sometime around 10:00 pm I got hungry and went downstairs and found a turkey tetrazinni in the freezer. Gobbled that right up!
Then Sharon called me around 12:00 midnight and said there was a man hiding under a tree across the street from her house. Now after the drive by last month I was a little worried. Her husband was sitting outside smoking and when she came out he didn't even tell her about the man. She just happened to see him. She was absolutely furious!.
Anyway, sometime after that around 2pm I finally got to sleep.
