Day 10 (no weight loss)
My boss told me I look skinny! Wow, on 3 pounds.
Breakfast: Coffee, Frozen Berry Almond Milk Smoothie
Lunch: Water & Lemon, Grilled Chopped Sirloin, Cottage Cheese, Tomatoe slice and boiled egg
Dinner: Tea, Grilled Fish Taco and the taco shell was a large lettuce leaf with shredded cabbage and lime/salsa sauce (very good), grilled vegetables
Late Night Snack: Greek Yogurt with agave honey (I was having an ice cream attack)
