Deborah - Day 10

I lost another 2  pounds! That is 8.9 pounds in 10 days which is pretty incredible. I finally beat the plateau!  I am ecstatic!  Yesterday I went out and  actually did an alternate jog and hike. Started out jogging on a flat trail.  Hiked a while.  Climbed down a cliff and climbed over huge rocks trying to get around the coast.  That took an hour and a half.  And then I had to go back!  It was good.  I am gonna go out and do it again today.

Yesterday was a protein and veggie day so today will be pure protein.  I did protein for breakfast and lunch and did chicken and big, veggie salad.  You can have 1 teaspoon olive oil, mustard and balsamic for dressing.

Today:
Breakfast:  Ham, Egg, Coffee
Lunch:  Cottage Cheese, Chicken Thigh
Dinner:  Turkey and Oat Bran Pancake

Hiking and lots and lots of water!

  1. good job deborah getting past that plateau is the rough part thats when we want to give up but keep going......

  2. a friend of mine told me today. The way you get through the plateau is eat 6-8 green apples throughout the day then drink lots of water.
