Deborah - Day 1 (again)

I am starting the Dukan Diet all over again fresh, from the start, starting today.  I realized I am doing several things wrong.  Like eating 2% dairy products instead of non-fat.  And by adding onions to my yogurt to make tartar sauce. Not supposed to eat onions until the Cruise Phase! And not drinking enough water.  I went out and bought all new NON-FAT dairy.  And I am going to follow the menu's provided.  They are much more appetizing than my menu's. And we will see if I can make it a whole week without alcohol.  So sad.  Sooooo......I plan to do this for 7 days.
