BUMMER! I didn't lose any weight when I woke up this morning, but I also didn't follow the diet as closely as I have been. I missed a meal which was the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and oat bran. And instead of drinking Jasmine/Green Tea and Water all day I only had 2 Coke Blacks all day. I know from reading the book, the doctor said you will not get results if you don't drink 1.5 liters of water a day because on a high protein diet, the body needs water to flush out the fat you have burned. It is okay to drink diet sodas, but I didn't drink the recommended amount of water by any stretch of the imagination.
Skipping meals + not drinking enough water = no weight loss
Got it! Very simple....follow the diet that is spelled out for you.
Breakfast: coffee CRAP! (had a phone interview until lunch and then went to the movies)
Late Lunch: steak and eggs
Dinner: broiled chicken
Dessert: cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and oat bran
Lots of water, water, water! We'll see if the scales move tomorrow!
