Deborah

Well somehow I popped on 2 pounds again.  Water weight?  Muscle gain?  I KNOW it's not fat. Will run it off this morning and drink lots of water today.  That should do it.  Today is protein day. 

Breakfast - ham and eggs
Lunch - cottage cheese and oat bran pancake
Dinner - Steak
