As I drove my sister to the airport this morning, I wondered what I could order from the restaurant if we stopped for brunch. I kept thinking I could ask them to boil 2 eggs and bring me cottage cheese. Then my mind lit up as I realized I could have steak and eggs and coffee! Yes! It was perfect! I mean what kind of diet allows you to eat steak and eggs????
This afternoon, I mixed greek yogurt and cottage cheese and oatmeal bran together. It was super filling.
Tonight I plan on having a grilled chicken breast (no skin).
I did realize that I have not drank nearly enough water for the day though. 1.5 liters is a lot. I will try to make up the rest between now and bedtime. I do have trouble remembering to drink enough.
But, all in all, it has been a successful day!
