Charlotte - Day 9

Finally, lost 3 pounds, YEA!!!!!!!!
Breakfast:  Mixed Berry/Almond Milk Smoothie
Lunch:  Greek Yogurt with water
Dinner:  Grilled Pork Chop with salad of fresh spinach, red onion, celery, radish, Luppini Beans, sunflower seeds with Bragg's Sesame Ginger Dressing, and some cooked yellow squash.

I am still left wanting something.  I have watermelon in the fridge so that may be desert.

Back from my 20 min walk 8:30-9:00 and it is 92 degrees outside (IN MAY!)  What is August going to bring other than lots of hurricanes.  I sweated, and huffed and puffed trying to breathe in this hot and humid evening.  I have lost my appetite from the heat, guess that is a good thing.
