Deborah - Day 9

I am going on Phase 2 - Cruise Phase today.  1 day of protein and 1 day of protein and vegetables.  Until I lose all the weight.  Wow.  That's a long time in my mind.  But I will stick to it and do it!  Yes, I will!  I will.  I will.  I willl.

Still on a plateau of 166.  Gonna go out and run this morning.

Breakfast:  boiled eggs and coffee
Lunch:  ham and cottage cheese
Dinner:  Broiled chicken and Salad with Balsamic & Mustard Dressing


  • Phase 2 - The Cruise Phase: This is the phase that you should follow in order to achieve your desired weight. Here, you should include vegetables in your diet, along with the aforementioned protein rich foods, on an alternate day basis. The vegetables you can include are broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, French beans, mushrooms, spinach, pumpkin and Brussels sprouts. Though vegetables are best eaten raw, you may lightly cook them or steam them. Do not consume them fried. Follow this phase until you attain the desired weight. In a week, if followed well, you can lose up to 3 pounds.
