Day 8 (Gained .2 pounds)
Breakfast: smoothie of mixed berries in almond milk with agave nectar
Lunch: Green salad of lettuce, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, and grilled chicken and tea
Dinner: Green salad of lettuce, tomato, celery, boiled egg, advocado and 4 crushed macadamia nuts and water
Walked 30 minutes tonight and it is 97 degrees at 9:00PM.
Maybe if I sew my mouth shut I will lose weight.
hahaha! I have been dreaming of lap band....
