Deborah - Day 6

I have lost 6.7 pounds in 6 days on the Dukan Diet.  This is the first diet that delivers what it promises (for me at least).  I have 4 more days on the Attack Phase and am seriously contemplating stretching that phase a little longer.  Why not?  The cave men didn't die on a meat diet.  I haven't lost weight in so long that I don't want to stop!!!

I went on the Dukan Diet recipes and found all sorts of interesting things you can eat instead of a plank of steak and a hard boiled egg.  My breakfast was:

Lunch is going to be Broiled Cod w/Herbs and Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.


Dinner will be salmon with a dip of greek yogurt, herbs and oat bran:

    I feel better but no weight loss so far.
