Charlotte - Day 12

Day 12 - lost 1 pound again, I think this makes 4 pounds total for the 12 days.

Breakfast - water and boiled egg

Lunch - coffee and deer sausage  (cooled off in the swimming pool today) its HOT outside 99 degrees with a heat index of 108!  Hot Tamale!

Dinner - Salad and grilled pork
