Day 3 - Charlotte

Last night was hell with stomach cramps until 3AM and I am thinking maybe this meat thing is not my bag.  This morning I had 2 boiled eggs and a cup of coffee and off to work.  Lunch was Greek Yogurt, oat bran and cinnamon with water and water and water.  The office computer is on the blink so I am running back and forth from home to office working; home is nice but no A/C! the office is nice but no COMPUTER!  Back at the house and stopped and bought me a chicken pecan salad at Wendy's sans the dressing since I have come to love Bragg's Sesame Ginger Salad Dresssing.  Lost 1/2 pound in 3 days..... that is depressing.
