Deborah - Tuesday May 31, 2011

Well the damage done over the 3 day holiday weekend was a 3 pound weight gain.  I literally drank the town down.  So today I am going back on the pure protein diet for 4 days to get back to where I was.  Story of my life.  Up - Down.  Up - Down.  Up - Down.

Breakfast - Coffee,Ham and Eggs
Lunch - Cottage Cheese
Dinner - Grilled Chicken Breast
