DON'T DO IT! I stepped on the scales this morning and I was 2 pounds heavier. I know I can get that back off today but STILL. I did go on to read that though distilled liquors don't have any carbs or sugars and you can cut your food calories to account for the alcohol calories....alcohol stops the body from burning fat. Doesn't that suck?
Anyway..Punishment for the day will be:
Breakfast: coffee and 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: chicken breast
Dinner: Lean steak
Lots of Walking
Lots of Water
