Deborah - Day 2

I woke up and jumped on the scales and lo and behold.....I am 2.8 pounds lighter!  Yeahhhhh!  I will use whatever mind games and trickery possible to stay the course for 10 days with this kind of results.  I am jazzed.

am boiling a dozen eggs so they will be on hand in the fridge.  And at night, I plan on cooking all the meat for the next day and put it in the fridge in a Tupperware container so I can just grab it if hungry.  Either eat as cold cuts or heat in microwave.


Breakfast:   Coffee with 2% milk, a bowl of cottage cheesegreek yogurt and oat bran mixed together (actually quite tasty).

Lunch:  Lean round steak and a boiled egg.  Jasmine and Green Tea.  And lots of water.

Dinner:  Broiled Turkey Breast and boiled egg with cottage cheese for dessert.   Jasmine and Green Tea and lots of water.
