Deborah - Day 7

No weight loss (no gain either) and I am good with that.  I am going to get my 20 minutes of walking in this morning.  Plan on drinking lots of water today.  Lots, and lots, and lots of water.  And green tea.  I haven't seen the shy side of 165 in a year!  I am sooooo looking forward to feeling light again!

Breakfast: Ham & Eggs



Lunch:  Ham and Cottage Cheese Roll Ups                                                                                              
                                                                                             Dinner:  Trip Tip Roast and Shrimp
