Day 11 (no weight loss) (forgot to walk last night)
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium with coffee and slice of bacon (lots of water today)
Lunch: Apple Walnut Chicken Salad and 2 liters of water
Dinner: Green melon smoothie with Coconut milk and a little watermelon, apple and peanut butter
I made the mistake of putting honey in the smoothie and I hate the taste of honey so I drank half of it and poured the rest down the drain.
Walked 15 minutes & drank another liter of water
Spoke with a Rolfer today so I have an appointment to get Rolfed on Tuesday afternoon. I hear it is painful yet amazing. If it is too painful I will run out of the room, but I am pretty sure I would like to have all the stress knots in my back squished away. Maybe he can make the ringing in my ears go away.
