Today was good.
Breakfast of coffee and water. Then a salesman came over and sold a cutlery knife set and Billy said pick the one you want so I got the set of 7 knives (2 paring knives, a chef knife, a carving knife and a bread knife, two other knives, all with pearl handles and a cherry wood block with a 3 prong turning fork and kitchen shears.. woo hoo! Now I can cut up all my veggies with ease!
Lunch was cottage cheese and water, then off to the nursery to buy passion vines for the garden and a farmer's market was there so I picked up squash, watermelon, honeydew melon, radishes, onions, on and on. Met a friend for afternoon snack of peach tea and bread with cheese. Made my way home after visiting El Paso Furniture store picking out items for my patio garden (I wish).
Dinner was a large salad of iceberg, spinach, corn kernals, celery, tomato with Bragg's Sesame Ginger dressing with Jasmin Tea. I am very satisfied and happy. I will see what the scale says tomorrow.
No weight loss so far.
